Tuition
- Tuition is $600 per 1.5 hour class and $450 per 1 hour class per year unless otherwise noted.
- WCS reserves the right to combine or cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment. Class sizes may vary. If a class is canceled, the tuition will be refunded.
- Please contribute to WCS by signing up parent-on-duty program. We need 1 parent-on-duty per day while WCS is in session to help bake sale, classroom setup and cleanup, student recess monitoring, and other school operation activities.
Refund Policy
- 100% refund if withdrawn before the end of the 2nd class.
- 90% refund if withdrawn before the end of the 3rd class.
- 70% refund if withdrawn before the end of the 4th class.
- No refund after the end of the 4th class.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No switching of classes after the 3rd class without approval from the principal.
Tuition and Registration Fee Payment
The registration fee is $50.00 per family. It will be waived if you pay both the tuition and the parent duty deposit in full amount by July 31st. If you are sending in your payment, the postmark date must be on or before July 31.

PTO Parent Duty and Fee Payment
The parent duty is $50 per family per year. The payment will be returned to you upon the completion of your parent duty.

Textbook Payment
Please pay the textbook fee to the teacher in the classroom on the first day of the school. Please do not remove the textbook wrap until you are sure that you will attend the class.
