Privacy and Use of Contact Information
The contact information collected through this form will be used solely for communications related to WCS, including school announcements, program updates, and event information. All personal information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized WCS school personnel. We do not sell, share, or use your contact information for any commercial purposes.
Media Release Consent
Photographs and videos may be taken during WCS events and activities for educational and promotional purposes (such as on our website, newsletters, or social media). These images will not be used for commercial gain. Please note that while WCS takes care to use media responsibly, once published on public platforms, WCS cannot control third-party use or redistribution of such content.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please inform the school in writing.
Behavior & Conduct Expectations
WCS is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Students and parents/guardians are expected to follow school rules, treat others with kindness, and contribute positively to the classroom community.
WCS reserves the right to dismiss any student from the program if their behavior disrupts learning or endangers the well-being of others. In such cases, refunds may not be issued.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
WCS strives to offer high-quality programs at an affordable cost. If you choose to withdraw your child from the program, please notify the school in writing.
Refunds for tuition or activity fees will be considered based on the timing of the withdrawal and specific program guidelines. Please note that once classes have started, full refunds may not be available.
Waiver and Release of Liability
By enrolling in and participating in Westwood Chinese School programs, I understand and acknowledge that some activities may involve physical movement or group interaction, which carry inherent risk. I, on behalf of myself and my child(ren), voluntarily assume all such risks.
I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Westwood Chinese School, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or claims (including those caused by negligence) arising from participation in school programs or the use of school facilities.
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize WCS staff to take appropriate action, including seeking emergency medical treatment. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses incurred.
This waiver applies to any injury, illness, or accident that may occur before, during, or after participation, and I agree not to bring any claim or legal action against WCS or its representatives.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the above disclaimers and waiver of liability. I agree to abide by the policies and procedures outlined herein. I understand that my child's participation in WCS programs is contingent upon my acceptance of these terms. *
